scott 84e87dceb2 Fix chatterbox deps to match official pyproject.toml ...

- Update transformers to 5.2.0 (required by official chatterbox)
- Add omegaconf (pulled by s3gen/flow.py)
- Install resemble-perth from git source
- Pin safetensors to 0.5.3
- Remove onnx (not a chatterbox dep)
